Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 7 Emirates in the UAE. (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain)

Do you charge any amount for delivery?

We do not charge any amount for delivery, as it is free of charge, wherever your location is in the UAE.

Can I specify a time for my order to be delivered?

Yes, you can specify the time you want your order to be delivered, and we will deliver it at the specified time without any delay.

What is the lifespan of fresh flowers?

Our flowers are obtained from the finest farms in Sweden, the Netherlands and France, and thus we guarantee that they will remain fresh for seven days.

What happens in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

We will contact your recipient before delivery to confirm the location and convenient delivery time. If they are not available on that day, we will reschedule to suit their availability.

How can I be sure that the flowers arrive in good condition?

To ensure your complete satisfaction, once your order has been arranged, our florist will send a video of your finished arrangement by email or WhatsApp for your approval, before delivery.

Can I amend the order by adding certain flowers or attachments?

Of course, if this is possible and available, but you must add the required amendment to the notes during checkout, and your request will be reviewed and the final price will be sent to you
